You should contact a local Real Estate Broker/Realtor who wants to sell your home for you or you can do a FSBO.  There are many benefits in working with an agent vs. selling the home yourself.  Is it a regular sale or a short sale.  That makes a difference also.

Best of Luck

Two questions I would ask when interviewing Realtors:
Do you enjoy selling real estate in this economy?
How's the market?
You would be surprised how much you can learn about the person you'll be working with by asking those two questions. Trust me, you want someone who has a realistic, yet positive view of the market and enjoys what they are doing. That person will be looking for opportunities to help you get a better outcome.

First call a real estate professional.  They will provide you with a market evaluation to determine what price you will get for your home.  It is a good idea to interview more than one Realtor to see who would be the right fit for you.  Be sure to ask about their experience working in your area, marketing, and references.
Good Luck.

If you wish to list your home on Zillow as a FSBO, you can start with your home details page, click on "post for sale/rent" and then go forward from there.  It will appear on Zillow and Yahoo real estate.

If you wish to have it show other sites, consider using postlets. It is owned by Zillow, but links with a lot more sites.   If you do use postlets, it can also appear on Zillow but all edits will need to be done on postlets.

If you wish to have it in the MLS with agent representation, do interview agents carefully.  They are not all the same.

Good luck!

You can list your home on an MLS by contacting a local real estate office or find a local real estate broker that you feel would be a good fit for you. Brokers deliver a variety of services and not all brokers are the same. Interview them like it is a job interview. Then hire the best candidate.

Hope this helps, David
