Zillow has been working very hard to make sure those that list on multiple auto-feed sites don't get duplicated; but even a very small change in address makes it difficult for the software to reconcile the addresses; and it only searches/matches by address, so duplicates do get created. Zillow takes feeds from thousands of websites; not just two. It does try to pull them in some kind of priority to reduce errors and duplicates; but still; small changes are not easy to reconcile by machines.
As for those that don't show up.... you need to check your feed sites...
As for contacting Zillow; you can flag the properties... a priority E-mail would then be sent for Zillow review of the issue; but the flag will only show up if something is posted (like a photo, listing price, edited detail...), so you may need to claim the property and post something..., but remember, you can post a photo to ANY property regardless if you claimed it or not.
Or you can contact Zillow by E-mailing any moderator (that has a green Zillow tag next to their name), simply click on their avatar to open their profile, and click the "contact me" under their photo on their profile page. You might try Sara Bonert as she is the Director of Broker Service and Realtor.

Or you could just flag my post (flag in the lower right corner of the post) to get Zillow to read your concern.

Hi Jerry!
I just re-subscribed to the Alerts, so if it isn't too late - in the "My Listings" you have 2 choices, edit or cancel. The ones that "stay" up there, I just leave because I can't find anyone at Zillow to answer my question as to whether or not this "double dipping" will cancel both of them.
They're loading from Homes and Land as well as Point 2 Agent ...
We can only do what we can do!

How do I manage the listings on Zillow? I only find 3 listings, one is a duplicate. I have 8 Act.
