err zillow isnt a rental site, so if you want to sell it, put a sale price on it and mention in the comments that "owner financing is availible" or something to that effect.
also, i highly reccomend putting together 200 bucks to bribe an REA into putting up a MLS listing for you because you will get a lot of exposure there aswell.
in order to start adding information, click "i am the owner" or "claim this home" and then you can start editing all of the fields.
