Go to bing.com (this is seattle, show some respect), type "snipping tool" into the search bar. download it. (some OSs have preloaded this tool, fist type it into your start menu search bar to see if you already have it).

If you are on a mapping site, just find the right map, highlight and take the new image you have just captured and use it where ever you need it!!

Google Maps has a great tool to looking at property with an aerial view. Google Earth is something I also use when checking out property and the other houses in the neighborhood.

King County web site IMAP is a great way to get property maps with the aerial photos. You can also contact City of Seattle at the map counter at the Department of Planning and Development, and they will print you a map at their cost.
