Contact the listing agent or another agent who can represent your interest. If you use another realtor, their commissions are usually paid by the seller so their service to you is at no cost.

Hello real567,
Before placing on offer on a Zillow listing, I would recommend viewing the property in person. If that is not possible, contact a relative or Realtor in the area to assist in this process. I have taken pictures and videos for many out-of-towners.
If you are in town, the process is much simpler. If out of town, it is very doable to protect your interests and avoid getting involved with a property that is not desirable.
Your financial and emotional protection is to be the top concern of a Realtor. We employ home inspectors, research, and much more to help you avoid mistakes.
I would recommend against speaking directly with the listing agent when you finally decide to make an offer. I would highly recommend that you work with a Buyer's Agent that is your exclusive representative. His/her job is to work for you, instead of the owner of the property.
Best wishes.

You should definitely find a Realtor that knows the area well. Sit down with that agent and go through the home buying process, make sure you are pre-approved and comfortable with the price and terms as well.
Is there a particular property that you are interested in? You can email me at [contact info removed by moderator] if needed.

real567,
My recommendation is to contact your Realtor to make an offer. If you do not have a Realtor then I recommend that you contact one to represent you in making the offer. This the best way.
