You might want to start from here. To save yourself some problems, read the question and my first post on this thread.

BTW, Picasa 3 is free software from google. Try this link

Also, posters have been having a timing out issue in completing their listing.
If you get at the twenty minute mark, and haven't completed the listing save it and edit in the balance. You should compose the description in your word processor first to have it ready immediately when you start, and copy and paste it into the correct section.
