Unfortunately without professional help, you won't be able to evaluate your house accurately. It is much easier where all the houses in the community are built by the same developer, so people usually know what the neighbor's house condition is and for how much it was sold.
I would recommend to talk to local realtors and ask for CMA.
This way you can find out what similar properites in your area are selling for. THe most accurate will be of course-appraisal-but for this you would need to pay. CMA is provided by realtors for free

sdapple,
There are many forms of 'valuing' a house. Some are easy to obtain such as talking to a REALTOR and asking them their opinion as they have the tools necessary to make an accurate guess. If you want a much more accurate figure, getting an appraisal would solve all your questions. But just seeing that you have 3 bed 2 bathroom house could vary upon location greatly.

How do I put a value on my house?
