Dear Mikeyforhire,

I see that your house was actively listed with a realtor last fall. If you are trying to sell your house on your own, you will need to pay to advertise on Zillow. The critical thing in trying to sell it yourself is the description & photos that you post. Try & advertise an open house & see if you can receive some foot traffic to the home.

Another great thing about where your home is located is that the property qualifies for 100% Rural Development financing, meaning that a potential buyer would not have to have a down payment.

One of the greatest things about using Zillow is that you are not limited to the number of photos that you post & the advertising is fairly reasonable. If you are not having much in the way of inquiries, I would recommend hiring a professional Realtor.

In this market, it is paramount to utilize as many online advertising resources as possible to expose the property to as many potential buyers as possible. If I can be of assistance, I offer a free market analysis & consultation regarding any work or improvements that may need to be performed to maximize curb appeal & buyer interest.

Best of luck. Again, If I can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

People have to inquire, if you do not get inquiries you may be priced too high or need better pictures.  I'd be happy to discuss listing your house.
