How do I remove a Realtor from my property listing?

Realtor is no longer listing my property, but my Zillow account still shows her as agent for my home. My realtor got confirmation from Zillow that the listing was changed, but my address still shows her as the active agent and I can't make edits as the owner. How do we fix this since I can't contact someone from Zillow directly?

If you agent just removed the listing, it can take 2-3 days for it to drop off the feed to Zillow as an active property. Once it does not show "for sale" you will be able to claim and edit it from your home page with the yellow "edit" pencil.

Give it a couple days and if it is still showing up, please repost and that way Zillow will know that you are still having issues and so they can help.
