How do I remove a house I have claimed on Zillow now that I have sold it?

Congratulations on your sale.

Step 1:  release ownership claim by goind to "edit" on the property details page.

Step 2:  remove from favorites by going to "my Zillow" (in upper right), clicking on "favorites' then chose to remove from favorites.
