You should be able to withdraw the listing or make the listing inactive. Also.....stop of feed promoting the listing.

You may check with the listing agent, and remind them to switch the listing to 'sold' in the MLS. This should update Zillow within about 24 hours. Good luck!

You have to get it off the listing source. You can manually change it, but as long as it is on an automatic listing source (at the bottom of the property details page), it will keep refreshing as "for sale".

Bonnie it looks like your listings are populating on Zillow either by listingsmagic or listhub.
Until the listing is removed from either one of those sites, it will repopulate on Zillow.

How do I remove a listing? One of your agents changed it to "Sold" but it is still active today.
