Hi Micki -

Here are the steps to change a listing's status:

1. Go to My Zillow then Listings.
2. Look for your listing then click the Cancel right under the address.
3. You may choose either Sold or No longer for sale.

Important: If the listing is coming to us via a feed (scroll to the bottom of the listing then look for the Listing Source information), you need to remove the listing from the feed to prevent it from being re-posted on Zillow.
