If the previous owner has released her ownership claim it is easy. Open the home details page, claim the home (hover cursor over "edit" and chose "claim your home"). Then you will be able to remove the photos and edit the description,.
If the previous owner has not released her ownership claim, then when you hover the cursor over edit chose "report problem with..." with the option for "incorrect owner claim". Once released, then you'll be able to clean up the remnants from the previous listing.
