How do I remove a prior resident's posting of my home on Zillow?

The previous owner of my home posted the home for sale on Zillow in 2007.  I have asked the question before and never received a response as to how I go about removing her posting (which includes dates/times for open houses etc.) and photos of my home, which I do not want available on Zillow.  How do I remove the posting which I did not create?!

If the previous owner has released her ownership claim it is easy.  Open the home details page, claim the home (hover cursor over "edit" and chose "claim your home").  Then you will be able to remove the photos and edit the description,.

If the previous owner has not released her ownership claim, then when you hover the cursor over edit chose "report problem with..." with the option for "incorrect owner claim".  Once released, then you'll be able to clean up the remnants from the previous listing.
