Hello,
If you hover over the listing, to the right of the photo, there is a pencil that says "edit" and a red arrow that says "cancel". Click the "cancel" selection, and it will take you to a screen where you can enter (optional) some information regarding the sale. I suggest that you DO enter that info, as it's how Zillow's "zestimate" engine is able to function.
