You have to take down the posting and advise the owner to post it for sale on the website. Here are the steps to take down the posting:
1. Log in to your account on Zillow and pull up the address.
2. Click on "Edit status" button on the home details page.
3. Choose "No longer for sale" from the drop down list and click on "Create your listing".
