How do I remove my listing zestimate, it appears to contradict improving market?

I have asked zillow to remove the zestimate that is preventing my house sale, and they have ignored, or refused my request. Should I just cancel my listing, and give up on zillow, or keep trying to get the zestimate removed.

Zillow uses a proprietary mix of data to formulate it's zestimates. Some of this data (tax records for example) are a month or two behind reality. So it's entirely possible that zestimates could lag slightly behind an improving market.

But my question is - where are you seeing the market improving?

Zillow doesn't remove Zestimates, so your experience is not unusual.
