I am unsure if you are an agent or homeowner, so I am going to answer like you are Realtor. Please let me know if this isn't the case.
Two options:
Go to your listings and scroll to the bottom of the listing. There you'll see the listing source. When you take the listing out of this source, it will come down from the site.
In the middle of the page there is an Edit option. Mouse over that and you'll see a link to 'report an issue', there you can tell us it is sold.
However, please know that if the listing is still live in a feed, it can get rewritten back to the site if you don't take it out of the data source.
