I have removed the posting in your property. You can claim the ownership by going to the home details page, hover over "Edit" and click "Report problem with home", you can choose "Incorrect owner claim" from the "Problem" drop down menu and you'll be diverted to another page where you can provide information to prove you are the rightful owner.
