I realized youare talking about on zillow, found the profile. Looks fake to me. I don't know a Realtor in the world that doesn't want you do know how to CALL them (phone number is all zeros)
so I flagged the profile too.
flag the listing AND the profile (won't hurt for more than one flag on the profile).

You should claim the listing as your own & notify Zillow...

many MLS's do have exclusivity rules. (can not advertise another's listing without permission of the listing broker- not associate, etc.)
HUD listings are open to all licensees to advertise other foreclosures are open to this as well and that's usually mentioned in the listing agreement they provide to you when you list.
so...to start- find out what your MLS rules are.
also, if the person is presenting themself as Realtor but they are only a licensed person it should be reported, if they are not even a licensed person but are presenting it as if they have a "listing" they are breaking the law. if they are a legit licensed person and also a Realtor, then they are violating MLS rules (if your MLS rules are those of exclusivity) but most likely not breaking the law.
either way...I would contact them first-then go from there with reporting.
as for ysbsm- that is urban internet slang for "you gotta be Sh_tt_ng me" so I would guess it's neither a licensed person or a realtor but some scammer.
at least report it to the media company that is hosting the advertisement (ex zillow, trulia etc) as your listing and not theirs.

I have been hearing this more and more. your listing agreement does give you exclusivity as the listing agent. But since the listing is in the MLS and the MLS is open to the internet, I wonder if just any realtor can market anyones listing and say "call me to see this home today".
Interesting, thanks for sharing..
Merry Christmas.
