How do I report abuse on Zillow?

There appears to be false properties being run on your site for expensive areas such as Palo Alto, CA, which are sending out general information applications to harvest identity information. Two such properties are 185 Walter Hayes Drive (being offered at $1800/month, $2000 below the minimum average rent in the area) and 809 Northampton Drive (offered at $1500/month, $2400 below the minimum and $5500 below the estimate). When I replied to the first property I received an email telling me:
"Thanks for your interest and inquiries about my Property. Yes the Property is still available for rent and we are looking for responsible Person/family to occupy and maintain the Place now that
we are not around.


I'm now in West Africa due to my transfer from Work with the (MBF)Medical Benevolence Foundation. MBF with the Presbyterian Church (USA) we wanted to sell the house initially but we later changed our mind after we discovered that we wouldn't be spending more than 5 years. Also how long do you intend to stay? How soon do you intend to move in?
etc."

When I sent a second email asking questions such as when I could see the place and how the rent would be managed at a distance I received another response merely telling me to fill out the application ASAP. No acknowledgement of the questions. Please look into this.
