How do I report inaccurate statistics on a home?

The property at 3838 W 78th Ave., Westminster, CO 80030 has incorrect information.  The lot size should be approximately 12,000 square feet.  Zillow shows it to be approximately half that size.  See the lot directly south.  They should be the same.
