Using online systems is not a good way to search for homes by schools. You need the help of a Realtor to do this effectively. We can set area boundaries more effectively.
Because IF YOU ENTER A SCHOOL into a search-- realize that MANY area Realtors do not enter this information into the listings. So, if the Realtor has left the school information blank-- which they often do-- that home will not show up on your search.
Any school listed needs to be confirmed by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District or other area school assignment if a particular school is of interest to you. If you would like a link to the state report cards for school achievements that is http://www.ncreportcards.org

You can use our home search at [link removed by moderator] and when you do your search enter the school: elementary, middle or high, that you want to target. Scroll down to the bottom of the home search criteria. As long as the listing agent has listed the school in the MLS, you will get the listing.
