There is no method. I've been asking for 3 years. No wildcards...
Nor any "reverse sorts"
And only 25 pages of 10 results per page can be shown...
Your best bet is to use the other filters, such as limiting the location to a given city or zip code. And/or type some other full word that will be in that user listing.
(There is an "alphabet" at the bottom of the page that has 4 nested layers of "users", but other than the first letter, it is not in alphabetical order, and is extremely long).

How do I search on a particular agent, last name starts with S
I went to the Professionals menu and selected Realtors (so as to find one). From the combobox,
I selected Name so as to find a particular agent. This presentedly a list of names in alphabetical order, but as I use the arrows to go through the list, the right arrow disappears when I get to the G's.
How do I get to the S's?
By the way, I am using IE 9.0 on Windows 7.
