Dear Jay:
As a Realtor in Scottsdale I am familiar with Zillow.
Using Zillow's tools:
1.Go to your home details page and click on "Nearby Similar Sales." This page will map and list homes that recently sold near yours that we think are similar. You can click on each of the homes to get a closer look.
2. From your home details page, click "Edit facts and find comparables." This will open the My Estimator tool so that you can create your own home value estimate and choose your own comparable homes.
Keep in mind, the homes that Zillow uses to figure the Zestimate may not be the same builder and neighborhood, but close. Also, they do not reflect the most recent sales.
You may want to go to the County Assessor's site for the most up to date information.
Or, your Realtor can do this for you also. This would be by far the most accurate. Most will do this for you free as a courtesy.

Jay,
If you're referring to seeing the values of every home on the map, make sure you're zoomed in far enough. We only show them at the two highest zoom levels.
thanks,
Hernan

That's one of the many drawbacks in zillow and other online valuation companies. There is no way for zillow to know your neighbor just remodeled their home so it will not be reflected in the valuation.

How do I see the value of homes other than my own?
