How do I sell a farmhouse that still needs a little home improvements?

Old farmhouse in renovation stages. It's a great place for a large family or some that wants a lot of peace and quiet. Hand laid ceramic tile in kitchen and entry way. Garden view bay window. Gambrel Garage 20X30. Metal Bldg 30X50. 2 garden sheds. 5 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Fireplace in the kitchen. Woodstove in living room. New windows. Metal Roof.

I have a handful of local Realtors in your area that I would be more than willing to put you in touch with if you need a referral.

The local Realtor will be able to properly price it for the condition it is in and get you the best price.

You can sell it as-is which of course means your price will have to fit the existing condition of the property and allow the buyer room for repairs. You will probably be looking for a conventional or cash buyer as home may not pass FHA inspection. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask. Make it a great day!
