I'm not sure if you need to be a premier agent or not, but if you go to your My Zillow and then click on listings you will have a screen that shows all of your listings.  From there under Actions you click on send listing report.  Enter the email address of where you want the report to go and it will be sent automatically.

You are right, each site has pluses and minuses.

You can forward the listing report from Zillow to your clients. With 2 listings on Zillow, hopefully it goes smoothly.
