Hi Ann -
If you scroll to the bottom of the listing page, in gray writing you can see the source of the data (Listing Source). You need to go to that source and update it as no longer being for sale. Once you update the source, it will get updated on Zillow.
If you'd like to update them from Zillow, here's how:
1. Go to My Zillow then Listings.
2. Look for the address in question then click Cancel just next to the Edit button.
3. From there, you may choose No longer for sale or Sold.
