Short answer: You can't
Long Answer: The facts about your home is public knowledge. It is post on your local tax assessors website. Zillow has taken that information and inputted it into its database, your house along with 80 million other homes. It takes this public information and uses it to compute something called an Zestimate. The Zestimate is a guess as to what, if your home was sold, it would go for. It's is a guess nothing more. It is not an appraisal so it is not accurate. To quote Zillow, "It is a starting point to find the true value of your property".
