Hi Judy!

Seems you've had some interesting replies thus far!  : )

The best way to track values in your neighborhood is to talk to a realtor you trust.  They can do a market analysis of house that are actively listed, houses that have pending offers, and of course houses that have sold recently in your neighborhood.  The "value" of your neighborhood is really determined by what others are paying to buy a house in your neighborhood...simple as that.  Values change as the economy and perception changes, so it is an ever-evolving number.

A long answer to a simple question...again, talk to a realtor that you trust!

Best of luck,

Agents using the latest technology can provide you with market updates in your neighborhood using similar homes.  These reports are free and only take a few minutes to set up.  Let me know if you want more detailed information.

You can simply track values in your neighborhood by clicking HERE, then entering your Zip code...

Debbie - Jay - Hey guys - Read this....

Its best to say, 'for more info, click on my photo' then simply add anyone who is interested to your email manager

I have a site that will keep you informed on what is happening in Bay View WI. You can enter your zio code and it will keep you updated on what is available on the market at this time plus it will also tell you what has sold. I hope you enjoy it.

There are many ways to track the prices in your neighborhood. Zillow is one of them. Some Realtors have a page on their websites dedicated to this information. Mine is called Market Insider, and I have included a link below.

You are allowed to subscribe to a montly report, specifically for your area. There is generally a 30-60 day time lag in this information, as it is pulled from public records.

This should help you when you are trying to keep the pulse of the neighborhood, but it doesn't replace real-time data that your agent is capable of getting for you upon request. Let me know if this helps!
