If you could please tell me which email you are referring to that does not work, I will look into that because it should be working. You can send it to me at andrear @ zillow.com
Also, Sunnyview is correct, you can unsubscribe from most emails in the My Account area. If you are getting Saved Search emails (for sale homes in an area) you need to do that from the "unsubscribe" link in the email.

I think that you can change you email preferences immediately. Go to the "My Zillow" tab at the top of the page and click on it. Then go to "Account Settings" to uncheck the boxes that you do not want email from. You can uncheck them all and you should not get any email at all. After I did that, all unwanted email alerts stopped. Hope it helps.
