This is loaded question believe it or not.  First how is your property being sold by FSBO, or LRB.  If you don't have access to the MLS via your real estate agent then you may want to try several online services.  FYI, agents have the best resources to market your home. 

If you are listed with an agent just call them and have a conversation with him/her about your new information.

If this is a FSBO then you may want to use various sites to get exposure such as craigslist, penny saver, blogs etc. There is a technique called Ugly Yellow signs that would be a great help.
