go in and Claim Your Home under My Zillow, top right and edit your home facts. Regarding the appraisal, in the remarks section put you had an appraisal and what date. Appraisals are basically good for the day they were done, if a like home sells nearby, that appraisal is affected by that sale. Happy New Year!
