When you're looking at your homes page, click on the link that says "More Facts" below the home information.  A popup will appear titled "Compare with public facts".  At the bottom, click on edit home facts.  A page will come up where you can claim ownership of your home and update the information.

You need to be the claimed owner of the property then you can easily update your home facts on Zillow.
