If you are the homeowner (or listing agent) you can log onto Zillow and go to "Edit" when viewing the home details page. From there, you can "Edit Home Facts."

You can claim the home and edit the facts on Zillow.  In order to do so , you will need to know the owner's name, so if it is your mother it should be an obvious!
