If this is the home you claimed previously, open the home details page, hover cursor over "edit" and chose "edit home description" from the drop down menu.   If you've not claimed the home, claim it first (also on the edit drop down menu).   Please note, when you edit the description you can't leave it totally blank or when you hit "continue" it will revert to the old words.
