We're sorry but the only option you can choose to view recently sold properties in your area is by 12 months. On the search filter, check on Recently sold and then choose 12 months under Sold in last.

Thank you, I appreciate your advice. I guess I will try the mls although I am not sure how exactly to do that.

A better way to find this infromation might be through your mls. We have a system here that buyers and sellers can access. You could go in there and find it all very easy. The mls system is also the most up to date data out there since everything comes from mls. If you can't get it that way, try asking a Realtor in one of your local offices. They can email you a CMA of your neighborhood and you can then find it easy there. You might be able to get the data through Zestimates but I'm not sure it will be the most up to date.
