How do Zillow make sure their listing information are accurate?

Just out of curiosity, how can I be sure that the information I am reading on Zillow is accurate?

most of the data is grabbed strait from the county records office, either by zillow or a 3rd party zillow pays. It is generally quite accurate.

there is also zillow generated content like the zestimate which is the output of a formula which oftentimes is refered to as a "starting point" because it was generated by a machine and not a person.

listings are also generally accurate, though sometimes become old.
