Of course they can update their accounts. They simply sign in, then go to their account settings under "My Zillow" and change their E-mail address. Then they go to their profile (also under "my zillow") and change their address/affiliation and whatever else is appropriate to change.
Then they go to the Patissier to celebrate.

If the agents did not set up the profile or are now unable to access the profile (they no longer have access to the email address which they once used) you can ask Zillow to delete the profile and then they can set up a new profile. However any listings and points obtained from answering questions, etc would also be deleted.

They appear to already have accounts, but would like to edit their contact information and brokerage. There doesn't seem to be away for them to change their information.
Is it possible that their accounts were created without them knowing about it?

Heya --
If you're talking about the Professionals directory, only agents with active Zillow accounts (totally free, FYI) show up there. Have your new agents register Zillow accounts, fill out their account information, and upload profile photos. That should do it!

How do agents change their brokerage information?
