MLS' will not release this information.  You have to use a third party like effectiveagents.org.  I don't know of anyone that provides the actual data though.  Another option would be to contact a realtor friend and as them to run a sales volume report...sometimes that can help.  good luck.

Yes, the MLS does track that information but you won't have access to it unless you are an agent.
Finding a top producing agent is a good strategy because a successful agent is more likely to be good at his or her job. However, don't obsess over the numbers. Within the category of top producing agents you will want to find someone whose style and approach match your own. That match matters more than whether they made $300,000 last year or $350,000.

If you look at the link here you should get a better idea of how to do that.

"How do you, as the potential client, challenge this nonsense and find the experienced and productive real estate agent?  It's easier than you think!  Just ask for the agent's personal production sheet. "

There are programs that track sales.  Finding the top agent in your area is usually easy as their "for sale" signs will be everywhere.  Top performing agent doesn't mean they're the best.  Interview a few agents and decide for yourself who will be able to best serve your interests.

Hi Gershon,

I am in the San Diego area and have access to MLS reports that show activity (both on the sell side and list side) for any area code in San Diego that you specify.  I am not sure where you are located, but you should be able to reach out to an agent to get that information.  I may know of an agent in your area should you need assistance.

Look no further, the answer would be ME!

In all honesty, MLS's do not track brokers and agent sales.  The REO brokers would always be at the top of the list for listings, but not for sales, since 99% of REO brokers do not have time to work with buyers.

Please contact me if you have any additional questions.  I work with Investors from around the world.
