You can do the following for determing the value of your home in Healdsburg:
1.An appraisal--cost $350-$500 depending your properties features.
2.Call a Realtor/Agent who can perform a Broker Price Opinion using comparable sales from our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
3. Place your house on the market and find out the REAL value of your home by what the market will "bear" through offers brought to you by Realtors/Agents and their buyers.
4. Go to our radio show blog: www.TheRealEstateHourBlog.com and sign up for our "MarketSnapshot" where you can recieve data from our MLS showing the "competition" and the sold comparbles.

Any local Realtor can generate a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) for you in about 20 minutes. I can do that, too. But Healdsburg is not a local market for me, so what a local Realtor can do for you that I can't is give that CMA a rality check. He/She will know which sales were bank-owned or short sales and lots of other factors that affect prices.
