I would recommend working with an agent to get comps. Zillow does provide estimates, but they also rate their own accuracy. Atlanta is not their most successful market for estimates. A number of homes have been modified, and neighborhood boundaries that affect value are often unclear. You need an agent who knows your neighborhood to give you a good estimate.

Railway,
On Zillow, if you click on a specific property address, then scroll down, on the right side of your screen you will eventually see a link which reads "See sales similar to...." Click on that link to see comps. Keep in mind what Zillow uses as a "comp" may not necessarily be a quality comp.
The best way would be to consult a local real estate professional, and ask for a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis).
Good Luck,
Akop

In Zillow, go to your address detail page, click CREAT ESTIMATE, then find comps.
