Ask your local agent to look through the bank websites for the property. If it is not listed, then you must contract the bank holding the lien. You can research this at the courthouse in the county where the property is listed. Keep in mind that some banks have not set a price, and may take some time doing so.

You are asking a question in the Foreclosure section. I'm going to assume that you are referring to a listing that is being advertised by Foreclosure.com and it doesn't have any info attached to it. They still haven't learned that the more information you give people, the more people they will get.
If the lienholder's motivation is to sell the property, then it will also be listed by the local MLS. A good agent, who is willing to help you, can find out which property it is and then get some background information for you.
You can also track down the trustee, if it is a trustee sale and get the information there. This is what Foreclosure.com is doing; gathering information from trustees and then reselling it. No need.

Depending upon the area and state you are interested in, you can contact an agent in that area. Zillow displays agents usually to the right of the listings and these should be able to give you information. I am licensed in SC and cover the upstate counties of Oconee, Pickens, Anderson, etc including Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee, Lake Secession, etc. I would be happy to help you with any questions on any of the listings in my area.
On Zillow, there should be a contact area box to the right of most listings displaying agents in that area. Click the circle before their picture placing a dot in the circle of the one you select. Scroll down to the email information and click Contact agent to send an email to that agent. That agent should then contact you and answer your questions.
How do i get info on a listing?
