Zilow is not a real estate brokerage and is not licensed in any state. Your best bet is work with a local Realtor in your area, who will have access to real-time MLS data. It costs you nothing to work with a Realtor as a buyer, because the seller pays the Realtor fees from proceeds at closing.

You can also contact a local real estate agent, go up to the Professionals tab here on Zillow and look for someone in your area. Talk to several.

If a property is listed for sale on Zillow (with a red icon on the map and both a red icon and "for sale" in the upper left of the home details page), then the contact phone number for the listing agent will be at the very bottom of the home details page.
If the property has a grey icon and just a Zestimate, it is not for sale and there will be no contact information.
