In order to get a Zestimate for your home, either go to the home page and type the address into the box below "find homes" and then click on "go", or click on "homes" in the top line, type the address and click on go.

You'll see a pop up box with the Zestimate plus a few facts.  Click on the address in the box for more details, and the Zestimate range (which is critical for a perspective of the Zestimate).   Here's a link to the Zestimate values and accuracy report.

As you know, you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

That Could Make a huge difference in the selling process, because usually buyers would make their decision to buy at the first tour of your house. Selling and buying are two processes lead it by two very different human emotions. On one hand we have the seller who is highly subjective about his house, and on the other hand the buyer who tend to be highly critical, and basically they need a Mediator.

Home Staging is about creating a perfect illusion of comfortable living, and it's about perfecting the art of creating moods. It's beyond decorating and cleaning. Staging makes your house looks bigger, brighter, cleaner, warmer, more loving and, best of all, it makes home buyers wants to buy it. Staging is what you do after you've cleaned, de-cluttered, painted, made minor repairs; it's all about dressing the house for sale. A professional home stager has the time and can objectively view the home as a product and highlight its assets while downplaying its flaws. The stager move the buyer's attention from your belongings to the home potential.
