I've sold the house.  How do I un-claim it?

Congrats on selling the house.  I looks like Workabee gave you the right link to unclaim it.  Another way is just pull up the house and go to the edit  and scroll down to "release claim".  Remember that you have to log in with the same email address you used when you claimed the home.

some times cities are slow with paper work. Just take your hud -1 into the tax office and they will take it out of your name. also you will need to do this to be able to put homestead on your new home.

Steve, what do you mean un-claim the home?  My advice would be talk with a real estate attorney about your particular issue and the legal/proper way to un-claim your home.  It should have already happened if you closed with a reputable title company or closing attorney.
