The easiest and cheapest solution would be to contact a local real estate office and inquire if an agent would be willing to do what is known as a CMA for you. This is a Comparative Market Analysis. If you explain the purpose, an agent can usually provide appropriate comparable sales to give you a range/ guideline price.
If you want to pinpoint a more accurate and detailed value, contact a local appraiser to complete an appraisal on  your property. This usually runs 200-400 dollars for an average sized home depending on location and appraisal company utilized.

You call call a Realtor.

You can look up the value of your home on sites like Zillow.

you can call a real estate appraiser.

if you would like to find your home value on your own first find out the square footage of your home. Next, use the methods above to find comparable sales. Cross reference this data with public record (most counties will provide this for free, type in "your city and assessors and look around)  and be sure that the square footage is within 20% or less of yours, same bedroom count, garage, count, lot size, etc.

Now look at the value and pick the home that is the most similar to yours. If all of them offer some differences, place most of the emphases on the most recent sales and those most proximate and similar to  your home that share the most amenities.
