How do the comps get updated?

Last home sold in Mid Valley Airpark 486 Debonair Dr Los Lunas NM 87031 Sold for $269,000 fall of 2010.  1894 sq ft. 3 bedroom with hangar.  Listed at $239,000 sold for $269,000. 
I do not see this comp on our zillow site for 3834 Elaine Dr. Mid Valley Air Park.

After you claim your home, you can do some selection of comps.   Often the human touch comes up with much better choices than the computer selection of comps.
