Have you checked your list of posts recently? I suspect a moderator stepped in because the one you mentioned doesn't show (i.e. must have been deleted).

in the right hand order of the post or question there is a button for a thumbs up and a button to flag. You can't give youself a thumbs up but you can flag your own question.

they don't delete them. after a while they fade into the background and get ignored and sometimes they come through and do a little house cleaning, deleting offensive content or deleting really old content.
if you have a specific concern, you can flag your questions and in the message area provide the explanation- those go to zillow and are not posted as a reply on the thread.
