How do we correct misinformation regarding our home?

Our address is shown on the wrong house with the wrong square footage, and is listing a value of  about 20k-30k less than what it should be listing as a house with comparable square footage and features. We have been trying to take advantage of lower interest rates and this entry is killing our chance. Pls help

Just an fyi we are not the only place misrepresented in our neighborhood.

There are several points to address:

Lenders are violating Zillow policies to use zillow information related to refinancing (or original financing).

There are instructions in the Zillow FAQs on fixing addresses.

If the wrong square footage etc are shown, claim the home and use the "edit facts" feature (found under "edit")
