I have been the local RealtyTrac representative for more than 5 years in the East Ventura County area. Yes, if there is not address, it can be hard to figure it out without being a subscriber to a foreclosure web site, BUT, you can connect with an agent who is and that wont cost you anything. Plus, if you work with an agent who is interested and focused enough to be a participant in a foreclosure based web site, you will probably find an agent who does a lot of preforeclosure and REO and other distressed business. Which also means that they do a lot of negotiating and an incredible amount of follow through, which are attributes you want in a Realtor anyway. Please contact me directly through my profile if I can assist you.

If the houses are foreclosures on Zillow, then you need to subscribe to foreclosure.com for a fee to get the addresses or you can ask a local agent and they will help you find them for free.

The best way to be up to date with all new properties and to have access to all listings' information is to have a local agent who will do all work for you and will keep you informed.

Definitely sounds like a Foreclosure.com or Realtytrac listing.  They generally do not disclose addresses without a subscription.  Even if you pay the fee to join, the property is not likely available to purchase.
Typically these companies list properties in LisPendens status, meaning a foreclosure was filed.  It could be years before the bank takes posession.
In many cases, the Homeowner Association liens/foreclosure also show up.  So you might see a property listed with a $10,000 lien, but know the house is valued at $400,000+.  No way that home will sell for $10k.

Here in Florida there are a lot of newbie investors buying Homeowner Association liens on homes for $4,000-$10,000 and think they actually own the house.  Not true.  The 1st lienholder will foreclosue their lien and take the home from them.

Do you homework and consult an experienced Relator who is familiar with researching foreclosures.  They will be your best friend.

Good luck,

If you are looking at foreclosures on Zillow without addresses, most likely they are preforeclosures from the site www.foreclosure.com.  That site requires a subscription fee to be able to look at addresses etc.

Contact a local agent to help you find the address.  Often times, a realtor has hidden the address as the seller doesn't want drive-bys or drop-ins without appointments.

Talk to a local agent regarding the area(s) you are interested in, and they can set you up on an individualized MLS portal to help you Find Thousand Oaks Homes.  Homes without address(es) are not listed for sale, but, rather REOs or pre-foreclosure homes.  I hope this helps!
